Winter・METEOR pick-up Information (English・繁体中文)
We can pick you up when you will arrive at the Hakuba.
①Hakuba Happo bus terminal
There is an Information Center in the Happo bus terminal.
The Information Center staff will contact Meteor upon your arrival.
②JR Hakuba train station
③Hakuba Echoland Base Camp
We can pick you up after receiving your phone call (0261-72-5153 METEOR Lodge).
Please call us after you arrive at the station.
The information center and train station is very crowded.
So, please find my blue color minibus.My minibus stops outside
Our official check in time is 15:00pm.(we will store your bags)
Pick up would be available from 13:30 to 19:00.
We are very busy in the evening so we can not pick you up soon sometimes.
Please use taxi when you arrive after 19:00.
Please let us know if you decide the time to arrive at Hakuba.
※Please let us know if you will determine the arrival time 22:00 pm after and midnight at Hakuba.

冬季・METEOR接送服務説明
◎關於接送服務
提供抵達白馬~住宿地點的接送服務
①白馬八方巴士總站(Hakuba Happo bus terminal)
白馬八方巴士總站設有旅客服務中心，當旅客抵達車站時，服務人員可以協助聯絡Meteor
②白馬車站(Hakuba train station)
③Hakuba Echoland Base Camp
請在抵達白馬後連絡我們(0261-72-5153 METEOR Lodge)，我們將會前往車站迎接。
巴士總站及車站非常混雜，請留意並找到METEOR的藍色巴士；巴士將停在出口附近。
接送服務時間為13:30~19:00之間。
由於雪季期間各項業務繁忙，因此可能在接到電話後無法立即前往接送，敬請稍後即見諒。
(在19:00pm.過後抵達的房客，請利用計程車抵達民宿。)
◎關於入住時間(CHECK-IN)
・正式的CHECK-IN時間及可入住時間為15:00(提供check-in前的行李寄放服務)
・請事前告知我們預計抵達白馬的時間；若可能超過22:00後或午夜抵達，請務必事先聯絡我們。
